Librarian and author Elizabeth Jamison Hodges (1908-1999) was born in Atlanta, Ga., the daughter of William Lemmon and Elizabeth Jamison Hodges. Hodges attended schools in New York and in the Boston area before graduating from Radcliffe (A.B. 1931) and Simmons colleges (B.S. 1937).
